ALLIANCE, Ohio — A 52-year-old woman is facing her third drunken driving offense in as many years.
Alliance police say Wanda Riddle was driving while intoxicated, and without insurance, on the afternoon of December 30, near the intersection of Pike Street and Webb Avenue.
An officer stopped her, but she refused to take a breathalyzer test.
Riddle was charged with OVI.
She was previously convicted of OVI back in 2011, after she struck a police officer who was standing next to a car during a traffic stop.
She served six days in jail for that offense and 20 days for another drunken driving offense that happened in July of 2012.
