POLICE: Teens Throwing Rocks Off Bridge

PAINESVILLE, OH —  Officials in Lake County are searching for teens who they say are throwing rocks off a bridge in Painesville.

According to the police report, Randy Latte was driving north on S.R. 44 Wednesday when he noticed two teens standing on a bridge.

As he passed under the bridge, his windshield was struck by multiple rocks.

Latte said he tried to turn around, but by the time he arrived to check the overpass, the teens were gone.

According to Latte, Painesville police say they have had other similar problems in the last three weeks.

Anyone with information should contact the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
