CLEVELAND – Police held a toy gun buyback in Cleveland on Saturday.

The first 100 parents who brought their children and their toy, pellet or replica gun received a $25 Dave’s Market gift card and the kids got comic books.

The comic books help to serve two purposes as they are about the dangers of gun violence.

The purpose of the program is to remove the toy guns from the streets and show kids that guns are not actually toys.

There was also food and music during the buyback,

Anyone with more questions about the toy gun buyback can call 216-990-8191.
