Deaf Man Missing for Week Located

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland Police Department announced on Friday that a deaf man had been found after he had been missing for a week.

According to Sgt. Sammy Morris, Joe Johnson, 31, was in good health.

He was reported missing by family members on June 11.

They allegedly called police after learning that Johnson had not been seen by his roommate since June 7.

Johnson was found at W. 157th Street and Chatfield Ave. and has returned home.
