SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH – A man is arrested after police said he crashed through the ceiling of a convenience store Friday night.
Police said they went to D Mart convenience store on Massillon Road around 11:30 p.m. after an alarm went off. When police arrived they found damage to the ceiling of the store, and realized that someone had broken in through the roof to get into the building.
Officers said they found Jody S. Riggs inside. He was arrested and charged with felony breaking and entering and vandalism.
Riggs is being held at the Summit County Jail.
