CLEVELAND, Ohio — Downtown businesses cashed in with the huge crowds for the Cavs victory parade and rally.

And a big downtown parking lot operator just donated a large check from profits for that day to a group fighting one of Cleveland’s biggest problems.

USA Parking just made a $10,000 donation to help fight crime. The company made the donation to a Partnership for a Safer Cleveland.

The partnership has worked tirelessly for years working on ways to get young people to stay out of gangs and stop the violence. The group has also been working to improve relationships between kids and cops.

Parking was at such a premium Wednesday, prices soared to as much as $50.
