CANTON TWP., Ohio — One person was found dead in a car involved in a fire in Canton Township Thursday morning.
According to the Canton Township Fire Department, the fire was reported at just after 3 a.m. in the 3200 block of Fifth Street S.E.
The fire was mostly confined to the side of the home and some vehicles parked next to the home. The victim was found dead in one of the cars.
Authorities are still trying to determine if the fire began in that car and spread to the home.
It’s not clear yet if foul play was involved, authorities say.
