PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania — Ohio delegates attending the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia got an early morning wake-up call.

The delegates, who are staying at the Embassy Suites hotel near the Philadelphia International Airport, were woken up by a fire alarm at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday.

The hotel confirmed to Fox 8 that the alarm was triggered by someone smoking in a non-smoking area.

The all-clear was given and delegates were allowed to return to their rooms.

The Ohio delegates are scheduled to attend a breakfast at 7 a.m. in Philadelphia.
