ST. CHARLES, Missouri (KTVI) – A man is accused of using fake genitals to submit a urine sample for a drug test.
Sydney Levin, 34, of Lake St. Louis has been charged with possessing a forging instrument.
Police say he was using a prosthetic penis to submit a fake urine sample drug test. The mandatory drug test took place at the St. Charles Probation and Parole Office.
Levin was arrested but later released from the St. Charles County Jail Friday after he posted a $25,000 bond.
