NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio — Police in North Royalton are searching for a man with quite a mug shot.
Michael Joe Papp, of Cleveland, is wanted on a charge of aggravated possession of methamphetamine.
Police have been searching for him since Feb. 21, 2018.
Police say anyone with information is asked to call the North Royalton Police Department at 440-237-8686.
