North Olmsted police looking for bank robbery suspect

NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio – The Huntington Bank branch on Lorain Road in North Olmsted was the site of an afternoon bank robbery Saturday.

The suspect, a man in his late 20s, walked into the bank around 2 p.m. and passed a note to the teller demanding money. He didn’t display any weapons, but did get away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The man is about 6 feet tall, has dark hair and was wearing a grey zip up hoodie sweatshirt and pants with black and white shoes. He left the scene in a black, four-door vehicle, which may have been a Volkswagen Jetta or Passat.
