AVON, Ohio - The newest dream home broke ground today in Avon for the 2016 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway.

Thanks to Red Rail Golf Community, Nick Abraham Auto Mall, Litehouse Pools and Spas and Fish Furniture, the newest home will be move-in ready in 2016.

The home will be built this year by Cleveland Custom Homes.

"The hallmark of our company is a no strings attached generosity, so we take our time, talent and finances and we put it right back into great causes and great people. It is really a perfect fit for us," said Jeff Crawford of Cleveland Custom Homes. "We have a beautiful home, really going to be a new product offered in the red tail market. It's a single-level home with vaulted ceilings and has a second floor bonus to it."

The home, valued at more than $400,000, will be eligible to be won next year.

On February 18, 2016, we will hold our annual ticket sell-a-thon for the $100 tickets that enters viewers in the running to win the home, with all money raised going towards St. Jude Children's Research Hospital once again.

We have added 888 tickets this year, so there will now be 18,888 tickets for sale.

Last year's dream home was won by an Olmsted Township family, and Fox 8 viewers raised $1.8 million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
