A new Netflix scam is targeting customers by using a fake website that leads to phony customer service representatives.

According to the Huffington Post, users will see a fake Web page that looks similar to the Netflix login page. Once the customer enters  Netflix account information, the site claims that the user’s account has been suspended because of “unusual activity.”

The scammers provide a fake customer service number and when called, the representative recommends a download of “Netflix support software,” which gives the scammers complete access to your computer.

The scammers are also asking some customers for copies of photo IDs or credit cards.
