Power back for most FirstEnergy customers after severe storms

Nearly 6,000 FirstEnergy customers in NE Ohio were without power after severe storms blew through Northeast Ohio Thursday morning.

By the evening, only about 400 customers remained without power.

At the height of the outage, about 3,000 were without power in Cuyahoga County.

An additional 1,700 were without power in Lake County. Other outages were in Geauga County, Richland County and Sandusky County.
