SEATTLE — Turns out actor Chris Pratt isn’t just a hero on the big screen.
Pratt this week visited several children at Seattle’s Children’s Hospital, and posted photos and emotional messages on Instagram.
One photo shows Pratt with a little boy named Rowan. He wrote:
“What an awesome kid. Great parents and from a great family. You’re in my prayers tonight little man.”

A hospital spokesperson told TODAY in a statement:
“We are incredibly grateful to Chris Pratt for taking the time to visit with our patients and families. He is a real-life superhero to each and every patient and family that he meets. He brightens their day and brings a welcomed distraction. We can’t say thank you enough for the joy he brings to the hospital.”
