CLEVELAND (WJW) — Cleveland Clinic Dr. Christopher Wee was just a few weeks into his residency when he was struck with some concerning symptoms, including part of his face becoming numb.

A colleague delivered the shocking news to him: it was a rare tumor, and he would need surgery. Wee was able to turn the terrifying diagnosis into a compassionate way to treat his patients.
