CLEVELAND--  There's a new man taking over a federal monitoring group watching reforms in the Cleveland Division of Police.

In the past, the I-Team has shown you members earn $250 an hour.

Some have collected hundreds of thousands of dollars. I-Team reporter Ed Gallek asked how long  this will go on.

"I thought there was a five-year period for this. Now, I'm hearing that could be extended. Are we months away from finishing this or could this go on indefinitely?"

"We don't know how long it's gonna take. There is a prescribed menu, if you will, and once the city comes into compliance with that then we'll be done," said Hassan Aden, new head of the monitoring team.

This has already cost millions in tax dollars and the price tag could keep going up.
