A man from a Pittsburgh area suburb recently turned himself in to authorities claiming that his other half had committed a crime.
According to a KDKA report, Timothy Beer, 23, surrendered to police in connection with a robbery at a China King restaurant where he allegedly showed a knife to the restaurant’s owner and demanded money.
The KDKA report claims that Beer isn’t admitting to committing the crime, at least half of him is not.
Beer told authorities that he has split personalities and that his alter-ego committed the robbery.
According to the KDKA report, Beer says he didn’t realize what had taken place until he read about the robbery in a local newspaper.
