Man Stabbed at Parma Heights Apartment Complex

PARMA HEIGHTS, Ohio — The Parma Heights Police Department said theft may be a possible motive for a stabbing at an apartment complex.

Police said Sloan Galloway, a resident and maintenance worker, was stabbed several times around 11 p.m. Tuesday at the Elayne Apartments in the 6200 block of Stumph Road.

A neighbor heard the struggle and called police.

Galloway, 64, is in critical condition at MetroHealth Medical Center.

Investigators are looking at surveillance video for clues.
