CLEVELAND — A man accused in the shooting death of his 2-year-old son pleaded not guilty to additional charges Monday, including murder, domestic violence and having weapons while under disability.
Derrice Alexander, 23, is accused of firing at CMHA housing located at West 28th and Division on Cleveland on June 10.
The bullet struck Derrice Alexander Jr., who was inside, and killed him.
It allegedly happened as Alexander left the apartment after arguing with the victim’s mother.
Alexander was being held on $3 million bond. He is due back in court on July 3 at 9 a.m.
