WILLOUGHBY, Ohio — A Willowick man faces charges after wandering, uninvited, into a Willoughby resident’s home.

According to Willoughby police, it happened at a home in the 39000 block of Johnnycake Ridge.

A construction worker was doing a job for the homeowner at the time, and saw the man walk into the home and talk incoherently. The worker then told him to leave, and the suspect went outside, leaving behind a blue lunchbox, clothing and cigarettes.

When police arrived, they weren’t able to find the man. But they did find suspected heroin, drug paraphernalia and prescription medication in the lunchbox he left behind.

Several minutes later, the suspect returned.

The suspect, Joseph Sulek, of Willowick, was arrested on charges of possession of heroin, criminal trespassing and possession of marijuana.

Sulek was arraigned in Willoughby Municipal Court Monday morning, and his bond was set at $3,500.
