TWINSBURG, Ohio -- An act of violence has shaken a Twinsburg neighborhood.

Police said a man was arrested, accused of stabbing his wife to death early Sunday morning.

A 911 call was made just after 7 a.m., and when police arrived to the 3100 block of Abrams Drive, they found Tami Wong, 46, in a first floor bedroom with multiple stab wounds.

Twinsburg fire officials transported Tami Wong to the emergency department at the Cleveland Clinic Twinsburg Family Health and Surgery Center, where she later died.

Glenn Wong, 50, was arrested and faces an aggravated murder charge.

Police tell Fox 8 that the couple’s two children were at home during the violence, and the incident began as a domestic dispute.

"I could never imagine what those two kids are thinking, feeling, or what's going to be ahead for them in the rest of their lives,” said Tony Dobbert, who lives next door.

Dobbert woke up to see police cars and heard a lot of commotion. When asked about his relationship with his neighbors, he smiled and said they were good people. He also explained that his children and the two Wong kids play together often.

"I feel very sick to my stomach about what has happened,” he said.

Twinsburg police and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation spent most of Sunday at the crime scene trying to figure out what exactly happened behind closed doors.

They are still investigating and plan to be back at the home on Monday morning.

“All at the blink of an eye, yesterday may have been OK, but today, at least four lives have been tragically ruined,” said Scott Whitley, a neighbor.

Caution tape surrounded the home, and many residents in the development stopped by to see what happened.

"One person has lost their life. One person, we don't know what's going to happen to them, and then you have kids involved, and they probably don't have parents anymore," Dobbert said.

Glenn Wong is being held at the Summit County Jail and is set to be arraigned in Stow Municipal Court Monday morning.
