CLEVELAND – A man has been arrested and charged in the stabbing of a cab driver.

Police say 25-year-old Tony Lasley Jr. turned himself into police over the weekend.

On Oct. 25, Americab driver George Llyod was stabbed in the chest and robbed of his taxi in the 400 block of Cleveland Road. Llyod is a veteran driver and has been working for Americab for the past 20 years.

The cab was later found unoccupied in the 1000 block of E. 79th Street.

Lasley was arraigned in court Tuesday morning. He is being held on a $75,000 bond.
