CLEVELAND- The FOX 8 I-Team has found a man arrested for selling counterfeit credentials to the World Series has now been charged. And, court records raise new questions after police found bank receipts.
Phillip Harley, of Milwaukee, is facing charges for Trademark Counterfeiting.
Cleveland Police arrested him Wednesday night. They say he had counterfeit badges that would allow someone to walk past security and get into the World Series at Progressive Field.
Meantime, police are asking a judge to set a high bond to keep Harley locked up in jail.
Records show police say he had a bank receipt showing he had an account with $170,000.
Investigators are still following up on the case.
