WARREN, Ohio — A man was arrested after police said he was touching himself inappropriately and acting like a gorilla by squatting on all fours, punching the pavement and growling at a Warren shopping plaza, WKBN reports.

According to WKBN, it happened Friday at the Giant Eagle Plaza.

Police were called there to reports of two men running around the parking lot and removing their clothes.

Timothy Cook, 32, of Leavittsburg, then entered a license bureau and waved his arms before leaving. Then he touched himself inappropriately on the sidewalk.

When police arrived at the scene, Cook was screaming non-coherently and jumping up and down, WKBN reports.

He was arrested and an ambulance was called. EMTs did administer Narcan, and Cook was taken to the hospital.

Cook and the other man, Osmond LeMasters, 24, of Warren, were charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
