(WJW) Traffic is moving again along I-480 eastbound, as well as the ramp from I-77 onto I-480.
According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, the right shoulder was blocked on I-480 East beyond SR-176 North due to a disabled vehicle.
The backup came during a very wet morning commute.
