RAVENNA, Ohio (WJW) – The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash involving a school bus in Ravenna.

It happened just before 7:30 a.m. Thursday at State Route 88 and Cooley Rd.

According to OSHP, a pickup truck hit a minivan from behind, which pushed it into the back of the school bus.

The minivan caught fire.

All three people in the van were taken to the hospital.

Troopers say their injuries are non-life-threatening.

The school bus driver and the four students on the bus were treated on scene.

The pickup truck driver was also hurt. They were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

SR-88 was closed while law enforcement investigated.

OSHP says the crash remains under investigation.
