CLEVELAND (WJW) – Traffic has returned to normal after a crash on State Route 176 caused delays in Cleveland Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, all northbound lanes were blocked on State Route 176 at State Route 176 North to W. 14th Street.
The crash has since been cleared.
