NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar delivered one of the most talked-about lines at the Democratic National Convention Thursday night. The basketball star jokingly identified himself as Michael Jordan, quipping that Donald Trump wouldn’t know the difference.

“Hello everyone. I’m Michael Jordan and I’m here with Hillary. I said that because I know that Donald Trump couldn’t tell the difference.”

Abdul-Jabbar  was at the convention Thursday evening to introduce the father of U.S. Army Capt. Humayun Khan, who died from a suicide bombing in Baghdad 12 years ago.

Abdul-Jabbar was born Lew Alcindor, but changed his name after converting to Islam.

He is the NBA’s all-time leading scorer and was named to 15 All-NBA teams. He was selected as a U.S. global cultural ambassador by Hillary Clinton in 2012.
