my granddaughter who is 8
A photo my son had made for me of my grandchildren didn't come in time for Christmas so my 4 year old granddaughter drew a copy of the photo to present to me on Christmas I would have loved to add the original photo to show how precious this drawing really is to me.
This picture is of a painting my granddaughter Nevaeh Smith 13 painted for me. It is hanging in our home on the wall. She is a very gifted child. Who can do what ever she puts her mind to. She paints play piano has even made a levy video when she was in 5th grade to try to get our levy passed in field school district. I am very proud of her.

Nicolle Salerno 9th grd at Highland HS in Medina. This piece was in the top 300 in the Youth Art Exhibition in Columbus. She sculpted it out of clay and it was picked from 11,000 entrants from all over the state. She was one of the youngest to have a piece at the show. She was so honored. She will be taking AP art classes for the next 3 years at the high school.

Melinda Djukic, 14 years old, 8th grade at Parma Senior High School I started with Canson watercolor paper. I drew it with a rose prismacolor color erase pencil. I colored it with ink wash, watercolor paint and dip pens. I gave this to one of my moms friends as a birthday present.

I took a picture of myself and used a cellphone app called SNOW to make myself look like a cat. That's what I used to draw my portrait from.

We enjoy chatting with our grandsons about how family is so precious. We explain that we feel that we should take care of family first, then our neighbors, then the larger community. We painted our dining room wall with chalkboard paint so that the boys have their own wall on which they are always allowed to create with drawings. This is a drawing done by our amazing grandsons who live in Lakewood, Magnus Hale, age 8, & Brom Hale, age 7, of our family. The painting above is also created by them. We just love sitting at our dining room table, surrounded by the very special love of our precious grandsons! Enjoy!
