NORTH OLMSTED– Authorities say Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge Peter J. Corrigan was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence.
Rangers for the Cleveland Metroparks responded for an unresponsive driver at the intersection of Valley Parkway and Cedar Point Road in North Olmsted.
It was 4:30 a.m. on Dec. 17.
They say Corrigan was behind the wheel.
A ranger found that Corrigan’s blood alcohol content was .152 or nearly twice the legal limit.
Corrigan was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence, prohibited concentration of alcohol and impeding traffic.
He is scheduled to appear for a plea hearing on Jan. 4.
