TONTITOWN, Arkansas — Josh Duggar’s brother-in-law is making it clear — he is not happy with his sister staying with her disgraced reality TV star husband.
According to People magazine, Anna Duggar’s brother, Daniel Keller, believes his sister should leave Duggar.
“I have been the biggest hypocrite ever,” Duggar said in a statement after the story broke last week. “While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife.”
Earlier this year, Duggar was forced to apologize after reports emerged alleging he molested girls as a teenager, including his sisters.
Over the weekend, Duggar’s sister, Jessa Duggar Seewalk posted a bible verse on her Facebook page.
Keller chimed in on the comment thread.
“You have to confess and forsake your sin to have mercy,” Keller wrote. “Not sin confess and repeat.”
“Tell me how you would feel if someone cheated on your sister and brought so much disgrace to you and ur [sic] family,” Keller continued. Many of his comments included strong language aimed at Duggar and others who defended his actions.
Keller’s posts have been taken down, but People magazine had screen grabs.
In one post he wrote, “My parents are preaching stay w [sic] him. There [sic] more interested in how there [sic] daughter getting a divorce will make then [sic] look…”
“I told her I would go get her and let her and her children stay with me,” Keller wrote. “She said she’s staying where she’s at. But I won’t stop trying to get that pig out of our family.”
Josh and Anna Duggar, both 27, got married in 2008. They have four children together ranging in age from five years to one month old. Their lives were chronicled during TLC’s popular reality show “19 Kids and Counting.” The show was cancelled after the molestation allegations surfaced.
