Josh Duggar is now facing more trouble as an adult film actress is claiming that he “assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries” while they were together, according to PEOPLE.

The actress, known as Danica Dillon, filed the lawsuit on Tuesday asking for $500,000 in damages. Dillon claims she was physically and emotionally abused and is now seeing a doctor for severe anxiety.

Duggar has been at a rehab center since August after he confessed to his wife that he had cheated on her using the site Ashley Madison.

In the lawsuit, it says that Duggar met Dillon in Philadelphia, where Duggar allegedly paid her for a lap dance.

Dillon then claims she was invited to Duggar’s hotel room where he “manhandled” her and she “felt as if she were being raped.”

He then allegedly paid her $1,500 “for her company.”

Earlier this year, Duggar was forced to apologize after reports emerged alleging he molested girls as a teenager, including his sisters. He said then that he “acted inexcusably.”

Duggar, 27, is the oldest of the children who appeared on TLC’s hit show “19 Kids and Counting.” The show has since been canceled.

“As I am learning the hard way, we have the freedom to choose to our actions, but we do not get to choose our consequences. I deeply regret all hurt I have caused so many by being such a bad example,” Duggar said in his statement earlier this year. “I humbly ask for your forgiveness.”

The Duggars are known for being devout Christians who don’t believe in practicing birth control and whose children follow strict courtship rules.
