NEW YORK, NY – Jenna Bush Hager, the daughter of former President George W. Bush, gave birth Thursday to a baby girl named Poppy Louise, a name that’s an homage to her grandfather Bush 41.

Poppy is the second child of the NBC News correspondent and her husband Henry Hager, and was named after her grandfather, former President George H.W. Bush, whose nickname as a child was “poppy.”
