CLEVELAND - Grammy-winning artist Jay Z is going to encourage everyone to get out and vote in the way he knows best: music!

He'll be giving a free concert on Friday, November 4th, right here in Cleveland as part of the Clinton campaign's "Get Out The Vote" effort.

The campaign hasn't released the exact time or location of the concert yet, but they will be distributing tickets on a first come, first served basis. They'll be available Friday October 28 through Sunday October 30 near the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections (3030 Euclid Avenue). After that, they will be given out at Hillary for Ohio campaign offices.  Only one ticket per person will be issued and guests must be present at the ticket distribution site to claim a ticket. The campaign is also stressing that  a ticket does not guarantee access to the concert if capacity is reached.
