MAYFIELD VILLAGE, Ohio (WJW) — Congratulations to Cherise Smith, of Cleveland, the winner of the 2023 Fox 8 St. Jude Dream Home!
FOX 8 partnered with St. Jude to sell 25,000 tickets for the dream home.
Built by Skoda Builders, the four-bedroom, three-bath home, located at 595 Magnolia Court, Mayfield Village, will be given away today on Fox 8 News in the Morning.
The home is valued at $600,000.
All proceeds from ticket sales benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

We spoke to Cherise over the phone after she learned that she won the 2023 Fox 8 St. Jude Dream Home! She was at a loss for words.
“I’ve bought a ticket every year for the past three or four years. Last year I bought two. I’m just excited right now,” Cherise said. “I do care about the kids and I even did a walk for St. Jude a couple of months ago.”
