CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Vivian Andorf has overcome a lot in her young life.

Born with Heterotaxy, which affects the heart, stomach, liver and spleen, the four-year-old has undergone more than 20 surgeries and procedures since she was only two hours old.

That's why her family wanted to do something to make her days a little brighter.

Enter, A Special Wish.

The Cleveland foundation worked together with Cleveland Fire Department to make Vivian chief for the day.  It started with a special swearing-in ceremony at Fox 8 studios.  Next, Vivian took a tour of a Cleveland ambulance, before heading to Cleveland Fire Headquarters for a special tour and to assist in the roll call.

But the fun doesn't stop there.

The Fire Training Academy of Cleveland opened its doors to Vivian to partake in some child-inspired training activities.  From there, she'll head to First Energy Stadium to answer a distress call from Chompers!

To end the wish-filled day, Vivian, along with many family members and friends, will be treated to some delicious ice cream, courtesy of the Mitchell's store on West 25th Street.

What a day!
