CLEVELAND - If you are driving 71 South near the West 130th Street exit in Cleveland, there is a billboard that certainly sticks out.

"It started out as a meme, one of my friends came up with it," said Al Stasek, with Stasek Real Estate Experts.

The billboard reads: "Leaving the country if Trump or Hillary is elected? We'll get your house sold!"

Stasek says it's not meant to be a political message but rather a marketing ploy.

"We wanted to connect with people who are frustrated with the two potential candidates that will eventually lead our country. And me, personally, it makes me laugh when I hear people say, if this person is elected we're gonna leave the country," said Stasek.

But the billboard has people talking in Cleveland, especially as the RNC inches ever nearer.

Stacek says the billboard will stay up throughout July.

He hopes it starts conversation, not controversy, for people driving by.

"Obviously, I don't think they are going to leave the country so it's been a good marketing strategy for us," said Stacek.
