CLEVELAND — Interstate 90 is open in its entirety and all traffic is traveling over the new Innerbelt Bridge, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

I-90 in both directions was expected to be closed until 6:00 a.m. Monday morning.
ODOT officials say traffic is now in its final configuration for construction of the second bridge.
Ramps at Ontario and E. 9th Street are now open onto I-90 west as well.
