A homeless Texas man will be able to keep the more than $50,000 he discovered in a park back in January.

According to a report from KENS’ Eric Gonzalez, the Bastrop City Council voted on Tuesda evening to allow the man to keep the money since no one stepped up to rightfully claim the cash.

There is one issue though, the homeless man will have to collect the cash once he gets out of jail. Play the video above to get the full story.
