Robyn Higley is one of several teens being featured in a new documentary “The Children of 9/11: 15 Years Later,” on the new People/Entertainment Weekly Network.
Robyn said she is comforted knowing that her dad helped save others in his final moments.
“I wish I could grieve. I was too young to grieve, I didn’t know what was happening, and now that I’m older and I’m starting to realize it, I am now going through the grieving process,” she said.
She said that the other teens who also lost their fathers before being born are like family to her.
“He’s a hero…that’s all I can say, he’s a hero. He’s my hero.”
