Summit County Public Health urges people to stop vaping as 25 states report cases of respiratory illness

SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio – Summit County Public Health (SCPH) is asking residents to stop vaping.

They say many people in Ohio have gotten sick from a respiratory disease associated with vaping.

25 states, including Ohio, have reported 298 cases of severe respiratory illness among teens and young adults.

Symptoms include cough, fatigue, dizziness, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, chest pain and difficulty breathing.
