CLEVELAND- The Cleveland Division of Police have located a missing 8-year-old girl.
Sgt. Ali Pillow with Cleveland police says Syncere Howard was found this morning with a family member.
Syncere Howard went missing from her home in the 2500 block of E.110 between 10 p.m. Friday and 2 a.m. Saturday.
Police say she is safe and thanked the public for their help in locating her.
