CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland Fire Department is searching for clues after a handicap woman was killed in a house fire Friday afternoon.
Cleveland Fire Department spokesman Larry Gray confirms to FOX 8 News, that the woman, confined to a wheelchair, was found in a home along the 3600 block East 133rd Street at 4:35pm.
Fire crews arrived to smoke and flames shooting from the first floor of the structure.
The woman’s name has not been released. It is unknown if there were working smoke detectors inside the home.
