SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio– An hour after his release on Tuesday, a man was back behind bars.

Christopher “Spanky” Moore completed his sentence and was released from the South Euclid jail at 11 a.m.

An officer spotted Moore walking down Mayfield Road at 11:53 a.m. According to police, he was carrying items he just stole from Walgreens and CVS.

The officer took Moore back to the city jail. Euclid police said he faces criminal charges for the 76th time since 1994.
