TWINSBURG, OH — Golfers in Twinsburg were seeing double Friday morning!

Sets of twins hit the green at Gleneagles Golf Course as part of the 37th Annual Twins Days Festival. The event was the only event open to the public Friday; all other Friday events were for twins and their families only.

Golfers said putting next to their other half is a lot of fun.

“This is one of my favorite days of the year because, you know, I play a lot of golf and usually you’re kind of out here on your own solo, but today, we get to have our twin, our best friends, our buddy and we get to make new friends from Vancouver and just have a great day,” said Colleen Groomes.

The Annual Twins Day Festival runs through Sunday and includes a Double Take parade Saturday down Route 82 at 9 a.m.

This year’s theme is “Twice Upon a Time: Fables & Fairy Tales.”
