Garfield Heights police say missing 16-year-old with autism found safe

GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — Garfield Heights police say a missing 16-year-old boy with autism,  who left home overnight, has been found safe.

Police originally said A’lante Lemon may have been trying to leave the area on a Greyhound bus.

Thursday afternoon, Garfield Heights police said they were notified by Cleveland police that officers in the first district located the teen. He was found safe and will be reunited with his family.
