AVON, Ohio -- Seeing is believing, and that's just what Nicole Johnson of Akron did on Monday.

For the first time since winning the 2014 St. Jude Dream Home she got to see it with her own two eyes and needless to say she was impressed.

"We gave a private tour to Nicole and her family today. They love it. We're so excited to give it away. We're so excited they love it so much and welcome them to the community," said Danny McMahon of Buckingham Homes.

As Nicole entered each room all she could say was, "oh my," adding, "This is like watching MTV Cribs."

Her favorite room was the walk-in closet in the master suite, followed by a close second with the incredible kitchen.

"This is awesome, man. It's exactly what a family would need with four or more people. Visiting grandkids or out of town visitors and everything," said Nicole's husband, Kenny.

"I'm in awe. I'm in awe. The pictures, the television doesn't do it justice. It's so beautiful, every aspect, all the details. This is just a dream house, as it's called; it is a dream house," said Nicole Johnson.

The $550,000, four-bedroom, four-bath dream home is located in Avon in the beautiful Red Tail Golf Course Community and was raffled off to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

In total, $1.5 million was raised for the charity.
