CLEVELAND — The FBI says they have received tips which placed one of their 10 most wanted fugitives in the Cleveland area.

According to a release from Stephen D. Anthony, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI for the Northern District of Ohio, Eric Justin Toth, also known by the alias ‘David Bussone’, was allegedly spotted in Cleveland area nightclubs as recently as April 2012.

Toth is wanted by the FBI on charges of possession and production of child pornography out of the District of Columbia and Maryland.

Toth has been on the run since his alleged crimes were discovered in 2008.

He was featured on the show America’s Most Wanted earlier this yearand according to the FBI, several tips on Toth’s whereabouts were generated from the show.

Two tips placed Toth in Cleveland area nightclubs recently. The FBI says their investigation of the tips led to other potential sightings of the fugitive.

Anyone who may have seen Toth is being asked to contact the Cleveland Bureau of the FBI at 216-522-1400. A reward of up to $100,000 is being offered for information leading directly to his arrest.

The FBI says Toth should be considered dangerous and may be suicidal.
