CANTON, Ohio- The Canton Office of the Federal Bureau of investigation announced a major drug bust on Thursday.

Special agents, along with local authorities, were able to seize more than 15 kg of cocaine, 50 pounds of marijuana, and more than $800,000 in cash, along with several pounds of crystal meth and several semi automatic weapons, shotguns and pistols.

The feds also say they arrested Karla Hernandez Salazar and Juan Caro Silva during an early morning raid on Poplar Street in Massillon.

Supervisory senior agent, Todd Krajeck of the Canton FBI, says Salazar and Caro Silva are major drug dealers in Stark and Wayne counties.

He says they distributed drugs throughout Northeast Ohio.

Both are in custody on drug charges but federal charges could also be filed in this case.
